Board meet to discuss 2^nd quarter financial results

Nov. 12, 2007: The Board of Directors of Burgan Co. met on 12^th Nov. 2007 at the head office to discuss draft financial statement for the 2^nd quarter ended on Sept. 30, 2007. After discussion, the draft financials were approved for issuing and the same was conveyed to the joint auditors Albazie & Co. and Moore Stephens Al Nisf.
