Jan. 7, 2008: Burgan Co. spuds its Rig 118 on 7th Jan. 2008 at 03:00 hours for its KOC Contract No. 32310. The contract has two rigs and this is the first rig under the contract. The rig will be operating 24 hours for drilling & workover services for a period of 5 years.
