Signing of 3000 HP rig contract

Dec. 31, 2007: The signing ceremony of KOC Contract No. 35597 which was awarded in late Nov. 2007 was held today at the Chairman’s office at KOC. The contract was signed by Mr. Mustafa Ismail (Operations Manager) on behalf of Burgan Co. The contract is for providing one 3000 HP Deep Drilling Rig for operations in Kuwait. The period of the contract is for 5 years and the value of contract is KD 26.8 million.
