Board meet to discuss 1^st quarter financial results

July 25, 2007: The Board of Directors of Burgan Co. met on 25^th July 2007 at the head office to discuss draft financial statement for the 1^st quarter ended on June 30, 2007. After discussion, the draft financials were approved for issuing and the same was conveyed to the joint auditors Albazie & Co. and Moore Stephens Al Nisf.
